Andrea
Andrea wanted to refinance her home, but had a low credit score. Upon a closer review of her situation, Empire identified a lender that would accept her credit and approve her loan. Using cash-out from her refinance, Andrea invested in two properties and today has a well-established company. Since then, Andrea, her family and Empire have shared a long-term business relationship.
Raul
Raul had a bad refinance experience and was distrustful of the mortgage business. Upon a closer look, Empire—and Raul, much to his surprise—discovered that his current loan has a 5% penalty for future refinances. Empire explained the refinance process to Raul and the programs available to him. Raul realized that understanding the process and having a trusted advisor can save money in the long run. With money from his refinance, Raul was able to expand and raise the value of his property.
Ruth
Ruth wanted to purchase a property but had a low credit score and not much credit history. Plus, she was self-employed, making her income difficult to prove. Empire collected Ruths bank statements for the past year and was able to demonstrate her income through deposits. Her loan settled and she is now living in her own home.
Julio
Julio had been trying to buy a home for two years when he walked into Empires office. Despite our assurances, Julio was nervous, perhaps even afraid. Empire was able to secure his loan. The day of his closing, Julio came to our office with a smile on his face and tears in his eyes as he thanked us for helping him. Since then, Empire has won many new clients referred by Julio.
Milagros
Milagros called Empire one day. She had applied for a home loan and had been approved, but at an extremely high rate. She told us she was afraid to go through with the purchase. She placed her trust in Empire and we came through, lowering her monthly payments by more than $600.00 dollars. We closed her loan in less than a week and she moved into her new home on schedule.
Ricardo
Under his current loan, Ricardo was subject to a huge pre-pay penalty (a common, but avoidable, penalty for paying off a loan early). Empire stepped in and noticed that by simply waiting 30 days we could drop the pre-pay penalty percentage and save him a great deal of money. Under the new terms, Ricardo was able to refinance the loan and purchase his new home.
Juana
Juana was unable to purchase a home due to poor credit. Empire was able to quicky analyze her credit, give her advice, and in a short period of time she was able to raise her credit score 60 points. With that little bump, Juana was able to secure a loan and now she and her family enjoy a lovely new home.
